ATIAMURI CLASSIC MAY 12 2019

The final round of the 2018/19 NZ Vinduro Series will be held at Atiamuri on Sunday May 12th at the same venue as the iconic Roger White Trailrides of decades past. The famous volcanic loam makes for great riding conditions and Sean Clarke and the Forest Trail team are organising two loops, comprising about 60 kilometres, each comprising tight single track, twisty bulldozed two track, and slippery winding gravel roads.
There will be two grades with Gold and Silver course options. The Gold course is the longer and more challenging while the 50km Silver course has diversions around the trickier obstacles.
Six classes of bikes are catered for from the sexy sixties to the naughty 90s, details of these are on the vinduronz website. No lights are required, though all machines must have effective mufflers and fuel systems. Those with even more modern bikes can enter the the Trail class.
